add terminal text renderer #55

In a terminal window, the plain text renderer will not always work perfectly. This renderer uses terminal markup to create the qr code.

This PR is great. Unfortunately this project seems a bit dead. I hope this gets merged!

It's not dead, I'm just busy with a million things and not everything always catches my attention. I'll have a look at it.

@DASPRiD Sorry I didn't mean any offense. I understand people have lives too (I was just judging on the commit frequency, that's all!). Thanks for taking a look at this, I could really use something like this in my current project.
