Chat Error | From Playtest #1 #27

For some reason, some people just couldn't send chat messages at all. They wouldn't appear on anyone's end. Will have to further test this with multiple people. Update on this: it is likely due to the chat rank titles. That script is planned to be removed anyhow to clean up the UI overall.

Will test things in the future anyhow. My other thought would be the new Roblox chat system not liking some of the backend systems we use for chat stuff and moderation, so we have to switch to the older Roblox UI, which sucks cause it looks worse but functionality is more important.
