Define development process/flow for example:

add to contributing.md

what don't you self assign this? :smile: Or separate those points in multiple issue to be engaged as single PR, I think some are "light" (ex. template) others are time consuming task to do (ex. Unit tests)

Would be nice if I had time, however I will try to contribute
