Soil plots cannot be interacted with by reagent containers #77

Neither buckets or beakers (/variants) can transfer reagents into soils, including chemistry chemicals like ash (scooped up from decals from burned objects or made out of chemicals) to kickstart nutrients from non official nutrient chemicals (like ez-grow or bountyful harvest botany chems) or water from buckets. Leaving them barren.

Miscellaneous other issues that make this a problem are that soil plots start with no nutrients or water make this issue more frustrating.

I've just discovered by asking in discord chat after the round the described and desired actions happen when there is a plant occupying the tray, while i disagree with how this is done it does resolve the issue report.

Ill probably be looking into making a PR about it, as other users exclaimed they were unhappy how this was done because plants take damage before the relevant nutrient & water elements are added after it's seeded. Making the plant unhealthier and more likely to die at no fault of the user.
