It's a ~straight ripoff of~ very much influenced by https://twitter.com/anon_opin. We provide some sort of form to collect Bad Ideas and after filtering for good ideas or obscenities we tweet out the best ones on a regular basis from our official account (or another official account created especially), we then engage and encourage others to engage in replying to them. We can prime the account with our own bad ideas (who's to know). And/or bad ideas that have actually existed.
