[Budget Request] Retroactive payment to our founding lawyer #89

What do you want?

We paid a lawyer to start our company; we didn't have bylaws at the time, so there was no formal approval process. I'd like to formally retroactively approve funding that payment back in 2017.

When do you want it?

Two years ago

What will happen to it after you die?

This application is proof that time is not linear, so in that sense I am already dead.

What is the value proposition, return on investment, corporate synergistic alignment, disruption impact? Will this move the needle, or amplify low hanging fruit?

In the future these funds will have already been allocated, just as how in the present these funds have already been spent. Ultimately this proposal is an attempt to just make reality more real.

We are probably looking skeptical right now. Any other considerations?
