[Feature Request] Make tracker numbers hidden until finding the corresponding area map. #16

Requesting an option that would make the numbers for each area be hidden until you pick up the Cornifer map corresponding to the area. With this it would also be nice to have an option for maps to count as major items.

This is pretty doable I think. Would you suggest for maps to be excluded from this hiding?

I would say for the maps to be considered major items but not to be excluded from the hiding. My idea is to use this as a hint system for just TE randos rather than for getting all majors.

I guess my concern is that maps are acting like charm notches used to - they're not really progression most of the time, it's just extra things you have to pick up. In particular, if you have one area where the only majors are maps, that's probably annoying (especially if it's your last area and the maps do nothing). But maybe I'm missing what you're envisioning

My idea for this is to be used in randos where the goal is not to get every major item, for example blackout TE. That way the maps can give you guidance as for which areas are more or less likely to have important checks and which areas are already fully cleared. If you want to see a similar idea, this is very similar to how the JSmartee hint system works in Kingdom Hearts 2 rando (https://tommadness.github.io/KH2Randomizer/hints/#jsmartee). In KH2 rando, there is a bit more logic involved for how the hints can be generated, but that only works when you have less hint items than areas.
