Make a node that cycles through design options

So i briefly looked into design options yesterday and it seems while we can get all of the design options in a model we can not select them by design option set. A sensible workflow would therefore include creating a meaningful selection of design options (e.g. by name, suffix, prefix etc.) before passing that list of design options to a Dynanimate node.

Update: I actually did manage to identify the option sets of the design options and will add some design option related nodes to package Clockwork.
