Init default values crashes without Newsreader #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Remove Newsreader from system, or wipe emulator and only install 
OpenIntents core.
2. OpenIntents / Settings / Init default values
3. "Add default news feeds" / "View Newsfeeds"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Application error:
E/AndroidRuntime(  691): android.content.ActivityNotFoundException: No 
Activity
found to handle Intent { action=org.openintents.action.SHOW_NEWSFEEDS 
categories
={android.intent.category.DEFAULT} }

It would be nice to have a user-friendly error message that the Newsreader 
is not installed.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
