What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run platform-tools>adb usb in Win Console
2.Run androidscreencast.jnlp
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is screencast running properly, actual result is:

Basically I run ASC and the window to display my device pops up, but shows
nothing but grey. I then get the error message from above.
