Evaluate if we can adjust the Top 8 decks for MtgMelee #20

It looks like the results on MtgMelee do not always consider the Top 8 brackets. A good example is this: https://mtgmelee.com/Tournament/View/12380

Evaluate if it's possible to manually adjust deck ordering, the same way we do for MTGO and ManaTraders.
