Looks like both Scryfall and MTGJSON are adopting the "Universes Within" version of a card.
Invalid Card Rick, Steadfast Leader in 3 tournament(s) including legacy-league-2023-05-20
So I guess it's now necessary to both implement automatic normalization logic for this, and also implement a tool and fix them in older tournaments.
