No -c flag (replaced with -i) #6

The -c flag seems to be replaced by the -i flag for the input file parameter, the Readme.md file does not reflect that change

I found all that one-letter flags confusing, now the main executable is structured into subcommands, and all the input data is centralized in a seedinfo JSON file.
