@veroniquevoisin If you make a selection of just one cluster and right click and select App -> Annotate - create cluster you should be able to annotate just the selected cluster. Is that what you are looking for?

Is the hidden edges still an issue? Or does the right click App --> create cluster fix the issue?
it looks like it fixes the issue of the hidden edges

actually it fixes the issue only partially as I have to manually select the clusters but if I select all nodes and right click, it it still selecting the hidden edges.

I created an enrichment map and then I reduced the number of edges using the enrichment map slide bar which resulted in hidden edges. I could therefore not use auto annotate as it was just creating one cluster. As a workaround , I created a subnetwork of only selected edges but then I lost the EM heat map table. That would be nice to be able to apply AutoAnnotate only on selected nodes and edges.
