Relation-Extraction folder missing? #20

According to the ReadMe, there are subdirectories "NER" and "Relation Extraction". I could only find the NER subdirectory. Is the Relation Extraction directory available?

Hi @AditiSharma97,

I'm sorry, I made this ages ago but quickly realized that other services already exist for hosting these corpora, particularly: http://pubannotation.org/. I don't maintain / plan to maintain this repo.

As for Biomedical RE corpora, you can always check out the BioNLP shared tasks (e.g. this years). There is also this repo from a recent paper which provides a few datasets and preprocessing scripts.

Thank you for your reply. I am actually looking for a corpus containing a Sentence-Hypothesis format for relation extraction. Would you happen to know any such datasets in biomedical literature?
