Allow "scan" button to select a list of files #327

The "scan" feature (or using drag-and-drop) in the Create EnrichmentMap Dialog should support selecting lists of files as well as selecting a folder. Some users want to open a folder and use ctrl-shift to select a subset of files and then scan those in. Its extra work for them to move the files into a new folder just so they can scan them in.

This should also work for drag and drop #301

I could not get this to work from the "scan" button. It does now work as expected for drag-and-drop.
