once EM throughs an exception Build button is grayed out #341

If there is an issue building the EM (for example nothing passes the threshold) EM throws and exception and brings up an error box. After clicking ok, and fixing the issue the build button remains grayed out and non-clickable.
Only way to recover is to trash current analysis and start again.
