Check for class and expression file before launching Painter app #342

When a user tries to click on "Apps --> Enrichment Map - open pathway commons" check to see that the EM has a class and expression file.

Painter doesn't work if those are missing.

Or issue a warning and launch it anyways so the user understands why it isn't working
