The session file got corrupted somehow. The node IDs in the network do not match up to the node IDs in the enrichment map metadata. That causes the slider filter to think that none of the nodes are contained in any of the data sets. I don't know how this happened and I'm not sure if there's any way to fix it.

In an EnrichmentMap I created a year ago, the nodes/edges have disappeared from view. If I click the view all button, they come back. However, the slider functionality considering the similarity of edges and the q-value causes all the nodes/edges to disappear again. I've updated but EnrichmentMap/Cytoscape recently, and am unsure if this is potentially part of the cause.
Unfortunately, the EnrichmentMap is too large to attach here. I'm hoping you've heard of this problem before, but if not I'd be happy to send a follow up email with my .cys file.
