When I load a gsea folder result in the input window of EM, an additional geneset dataset (empty) is automatically created and causes an error. I have to delete it manually.

correction: it does not through an error (that was just the gmt) ..but not sure what this folder is

it actually creates a map with all genesets in the gmt... It could be an interesting option sometimes but here i'm not sure
