Should we remove annotation pipeline #123

The PGX app does not really rely on annotations except for the inclusion of rsID's. which should be included during the actual forming of the vcf file. Is it worth annotating the files and offering the annotation service?

The annotation pipeline is still useful for adding marker information to genes that do not contain the markers.

Annovar has now officially Been removed. The Current webapp Now Assumes files coming in are in the proper format and does not do any Additional annotation
