Patient History Page and Storage #152

Create an interface that can show the known information stored about a specific patient, including:

  1. Name, dob, etc
  2. Doctor
  3. Notes on the patient.
  4. Current Medications (allows for auto-fill of this field fr report generation) / maybe
  5. All previous reports generated
    • Clicking on a previous report should take the user to the report page and autofill all of the fields according to the saved data
