Incorperate 'Projects' more into the app #163

Currently, Projects do nothing other then allow for the sharing of files between two user. Projects should offer more functionality to the user.

Project Ideas

  1. Browse Patients by projects
  2. Automated workflows for printing out PGX reports of entire project
  3. Patient Comparissons, Compare all patients within a project to one another to create complex reports on cohorts.
