issues with app with the switch by NCBI to HTTPS. #116

I began encountering an error when doing a PubMed search:

Encountered temporary server issues. Please try again some other time.

We have been running into problems with some of our systems ever since Entrez switched to HTTPS. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the problem or if it's something on my end. Has anyone else been encountering this?

updated the http calls to https and it fixes the issue. fix - 3899305567fd0306d399b0c517dd06c5c2cdcdea
