Store locations in a separate table in Cytoscape #70

Create a new table called Locations in Cytoscape with two columns: 'Institution' and 'Location'. Also, only store human readable text files in CytoscapeConfigurations/3/karaf_data/tmp/...

Locations currently being stored (in binary form) in home ~/

Fixed in 4e2792e0714c26e3ba9190b2160c26b3f1792c72. Locations now stored as Cytoscape properties.
