Easycyrest zip should be kept on netDx webpage #35

netDx relies on EasyCyrest but we don't want it to break if someone changes the latter. So we need to have a frozen version of easycyrest on the netDx page. Or we need to have a "stable release" of EasyCyrest on the EasyCyrest github repo, that netDx links to in its install instructions.

No longer relevant. netDx now uses RCy3 as dependency, not Easycyrest.
