Streaming Community Council LCB #1504

The purpose of this ticket is to establish a Llamapay Vested Stream for Locked Council Badger (LCB) awarded to the community council.

The Badger Council received locked Badger that vests monthly, over 12 months and then unlocks. The details and amounts are here

Here is a snapshot link for the last election

And here is a CSV for creating the stream here.

The Llamapay appears to import the vesting start date correctly but does not display it in the UI. It transfers through to the contract correctly for me.

Please review and confirm.

it looks like you need iso date format (YYYY-MM-DD) as per their docs here. if i use that it does fill the ui correctly.

I updated the date format and it fills in the start date. I also updated Trantor's start date to 2023-08-01 in line with his election and the first council payment made to him.
