Add Paladin's Quest Board Contract as T distributor on eBTC/tBTC gauge

Threshold's incentives via Paladin for the eBTC/tBTC may not always be fully utilized. In those situations, the Paladin quest board contract is able to distribute the remaining incentives directly through the gauge. In order to do so, it needs to be approved as reward distributor of the T token within the gauge where Trops is manager.
