[Arbitrum] - upgrade sushi wbtc/weth strategy to autocompound #62

Per below core decision we should upgrade the arb sushi wbtc/weth strategy to 100% autocompound into the wbtc/weth lp position and stop emitting the sushi/weth helper token.
