Bridge Whale Bot Bounty: Report large txs over bridge to Discord

Need a backend Discord bot wizard to create a bot that scrapes tweets from the ren bridge bot (https://twitter.com/RenAssetsBot?s=09), grabs the tweets pertaining to transactions over the badger bridge (txs using badger bridge are reported via tweets starting with the badger emoji), and posts those tweets in the Badger discord channel #bitcoin-bridge in real time.

For testing you can create your own private discord guild and invite Tritium and cookies to verify results. Will then work with you to deploy the bot to the badger cloud env as part of our k8s infrastructure. For env reading and containerization you can look at https://github.com/Badger-Finance/price-bots repo for guidance. This hosts the token price bots that live on the right hand side of the badger general discord.

Tech requirements:

• Solution must be running in a docker container
• Solution must read in discord webhook, bot id, bot token, other relevant "sensitive" vars from env variables
