Badger is trying to launch on Arbitrum and it seems like Gnosis will take a few months before they get an official safe up and running. We were users of the BSC launched gnosis fork and it was good to us. If Gnosis needs time, we want a fork on Arb!
Using the Gnosis Safe UI/API is an integral part of our current operational and governance workflows. We'd like to not rethink those right now, and be able to conduct proper governance on Arb.
Submit a repo with a clear readme and good documentation that:
Deploys all necessary factory contracts and whatever else is required for the UI/API
Start the gnosis UI and API, and allow a user to launch a safe, submit transactions/adjust signers via the UI, and connect via API in order to upload transactions from brownie/ape-safe.
Bounty:
Usable/MVP with help getting us using it and not huge amounts of pain: $10,000 in BADGER
Complete with documentation and Terraform code to install in AWS and host: $20,000 in BADGER
Hosted/deployed bonus: .25 ETH upfront + $1500 in USDC a month until 2 months after gnosis launches on Arbitrum assuming good support/it keeps working throughout.

This is a large bounty. you should have deployed and tested this yourself and completed a number of transactions. You should know that it works, and you should come to our Dev Discord to help us get it setup and ensure that it executes all the transactions we need.
