Discord Notification Bot: Activity on Gnosis Safe Multisigs

Introduction

With the addition of more multisigs in the Badger DAO, it is becoming increasingly difficult for their signers to keep track of what is happening.

A simple discord bot could solve this, by notifying on important events based on input from the web2 Gnosis Safe API (https://safe-transaction.gnosis.io/).

Task

Write a discord bot that watches for specific events on our multisigs and notifies us of these in a discord channel. Of interest currently are the following events:

• new tx posted (from delegate or owner)
• tx ready for exec (all sigs collected)
• tx was successful (etherscan url)
• tx failed (etherscan url)

Getting Started

• all our multisigs are listed here: https://github.com/Badger-Finance/badger-multisig#multisig-adresses. maybe start with tracking two or three important ones on mainnet first.
• the more realtime the better of course, although delays of 5 or 10 minutes are acceptable.
• the /safes/{address}/all-transactions/ endpoint might be all that is needed, or at least a good start.

Bounty

Estimated time needed for a fully functional product is 1 week = 40 hours ~= 250 $BADGER.
