Closed kilogold closed 3 years ago

Description

Imagine an arcade where you play games and reward players with tickets (TIX) that can later be exchanged for prizes. Just like classic arcade cabinets, you must insert coins to play (QTR). Develop a game that receives QTR and outputs TIX. See more at: Insert Coin. image

In designing the arcade concept, we need the following elements:

Evaluation Criteria

Design Bounty

Using the Badger Rescue Faucet as a template, submit a game design that makes use of a faucet as the main concept.

Submit a copy of the following template: Design Template

Example idea 1:

Game host fills the faucet with tokens. Everyone plays continuously, collecting faucet tokens until the faucet is fully drained. Once depleted, the holder with the most tokens is declared the winner. Winner receives equivalent amount of coins in TIX token to redeem at the ticket shop.

Example idea 2:

A group of players equal amounts of tokens into the faucet. Once all players have submitted their participation funds, the begin a race to drain the faucet. The game goes on until the faucet is completely drained. At the end of the game, everyone walks away with their collected faucet tokens. Hopefully you left holding more than you started with!

Things to consider in your design:

Development Bounty

In building out the arcade, we’ll want to have as many games as possible. Develop a game which employs the Insert Coin tokenomics. For those building with Unity, be sure to check out the Badger Faucet for examples on how to build smart-contract enabled games. Games should have the following criteria:

Bonus points

Inspiration

Give yourself some time to experience and experiment with some existing projects to help you mix & match your own ideas, mechanics, and designs.
