Convex Stablecoin strategies #18

Description

As per the Hack restitution plan (See BIP 80), Badger will launch two stablecoin vaults Crv MIM LP and Crv FRAX LP. The logic of these vaults should not differ from the latest V1.3 (Buying and emitting bveCVX and depositing and emitting bcvxCRV without auto-compounding).

Technical Details

Incorporate the configuration for these strategies and ensure that all tests run successfully for them.
