Unable to import private key #1

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on 'Import Account'
  2. Paste private key and click 'Import'
  3. Error 'Keyring is not a constructor'

Expected behavior I would expect balance and transaction data to be synced.

Import account with private key option has temporarily been disabled until this is resolved
