Maldegem BC is defined twice in club.csv and this blocks the DB load #37

This clubs.csv was available on "Jan 21 14:25" and contains twice "MALDEGEM BC"

As tmp workaround,  disabled load of MALDEGEM BC.

Maldegeem doesn't even have competition teams...

In recent dumps of clubs.csv, Maldegem BC is only mentioned once.
