When running rake translation_center:synch I receive the error column translation_center_translation_keys.i18n.transliterate.rule does not exist

I did the previous steps as described.

i have the same problem, only it happens all the time, even when i just try to load any page.

I have exactly the same problem when I try to launch my app (running rails server)...
