Improve UI of D3.js line plots on mobile devices or narrow browsers.

Existing line plots have several issues narrow browsers:

Text 'Google trend index" is partially out of the svg bound
Plots don't scale down well. The plot can be too wide on mobile devices. Wider than the navbar. See screenshot below
