using fcm feature
- trainer or student app always update fcm_token when using app.

condition
1. about pt schedule logic
2. trainer add pt comment
3. trainer add commnt and rate about student exercise video
4. student exercise video time tag is made and update db.

This resolve #19 . very related #131
