Default deadline time should not be 00:00:00 #4

By having the default deadline be 00:00:00, users might think that the deadline is due the day before. In the example shown above, users might think that the UML diagram is due 2023-05-29. This can easily be fixed by the default timing being 23:59:59

Thank you for the suggestion, but this is a design consideration, and it is clearly specified in the UG that default time is set to 00:00:00 if unspecified. Should the user want to set it to 23:59:59, they can do it by themselves.

Reason for disagreement: Just because this is an intended behaviour specified in the UG, it doesn't mean that it can't be a feature flaw.

Also, it is expected that a deadline due on any day (Eg. 2023-05-05) is due at a specific hour of the day (eg. 1800) or by 2359. It is very unlikely that a deadline that is due on 2023-05-05 is due at 0000. As such I believe that this feature is incomplete.
