Implement printing #2

I would like to accompany the printed design with some information about
the colors and stitching sequence.

Version 0.2 has basic printing support. Patterns are not printed at the right 
size, however, nor are the patterns 
accompanied by design information yet.

As of 0.3, patterns are printed at the right size, but are now upside-down and 
are
not place at any logical page location.
