Feedback on app launch #6

When the application is started without a file, e.g. by double-clicking the
app icon, there is no feedback to the user other than the Mac menubar
reflecting the fact that NW is running. For this reason, and from the
usability standpoint of removing the File->Open step, NW should show a File
-> Open dialog window at this time.

Similarly, if the app is open, but there is no document open, clicking the icon 
in the Dock should probably 
display the Open dialog.
