[Feature Request] Drag Reorder of modifiers #3

It would be cool if the global modifier order could be dragged around while in the edit menu to reorder them.

Added in v1.1.0.

Thanks for the suggestion! 15 months isn't great turnaround, but y'know. 🤷‍♂️
