More robust test for getLegacyResponseData #18

Currently, test_get_legacy_response_data tests for both complete and unfinished responses. However, unfinished responses are automatically closed within one week and become unfinished. Something should be done about it.

Increased closing time to 6 month and documented what needs to be done after the response is expired
