Merge books from Reality.net #126

A lots of books needing conversion or updating are already converted to pcgen at reality.net

Hi mate,

A quick review of those books shows them to be out-dated mix of CMP style books and other home efforts for a very old version of pcgen. It would be a lot of work to get those working.

Greetings Those may be ones I looked at before - lt's a lot easier to start from scratch than try to update those, they are * so * old...

And with new concepts such as abilities & sub races to take advantage of, far clearer to restart
