Are the Wizard variation for Immediate Magic (PHBII pg 68) in pcgen?

PHB II only has the classes and feats... Some bad prereqs in there as well.

Wizard ACF 'Immediate Magic' now implemented. This is a basic version which allows any 0th or 1st level spell choice.
