Reported by email. Investigation leads me to believe this is a PCGen issue.

This is a pcgen issue: CODE-2526 - Tabs not populating with granted abilities in QUALIFY categories. CODE-2525 - ABILITIES deducting from pools, not respecting nature

Just got a note from Andrew that these two are resolved. On my end, the trigger type was attached to the wrong ability (Spells) instead of (Special Mount)
