Found an email a couple of weeks old in the bulk folder:

I have noticed that when creating a telepath (Psion) that the discipline powers aren't available, such as charm and mindlink. Would love to see this fixed (of course )

Found the Egoist was not set up correctly - fixed that. Testing Psion Telepath 1, I have access to both 'Charm, psionic' and 'Mindlink' as 1st level powers.
