Class alignment requirement not working #889

When using 3.5e core books, classes with alignment requirement don't seem to look at actual alignment. Selecting CG doesn't let me add a bard level, but monk is still available.

The pcgen 3.5 SRD works fine.

I rebooted and it works fine now. I don't know what changed.
