In this PR, quick logout support has been added to Admin, Bed Management, Doc, OT And Reports. The quick logout feature uses a shortcut key combination (Cmd/Ctrl + Esc) by default for logout. This is driven by configuration and can be set by adding a new global property quickLogoutComboKey.
